Your role
- Develop marketing strategies, partnerships and new clients.
- Ensuring the growth of the cooperative's income
- Optimize site occupancy over four seasons.
- Ensure outstanding customer experience and high quality standards.
- Supervise operations (accommodation, reception, activities, trails).
- Mobilize and mentor the permanent and seasonal team.
- Ensure financial management and cost-effectiveness of operations.
- Work with the Board of Directors and represent the organization.
Profile sought
- Experience in management or management.
- Business development skills or revenue growth.
- Strong customer orientation and mobilizing leadership.
- Interest in outdoors, tourism or natural environments.
- Good financial understanding and entrepreneurial spirit.
