1. Services
We offer the rental of different types of accommodation (chalets, cottages, inn rooms, condos), daily access payment, participation in special events, rental of outdoor equipment and watercrafts.
2. Payment
Online payments are made via the payment gateways available on our website at the time of purchase. Options may include credit card payment, Interac transfer and bank transfer. Please note that not all of the payment types mentioned may be available at any time.
3. Reservation Policy
Auberge-Chalet-Gîte-Condo-Butte-Camping-Event
- 100% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
- A security deposit of 100$ is due (except Camping).
Group
- 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking, the balance is payable 30 days before arrival.
- A 500 security depot$ is due.
4. Cancellation policy
Auberge-Chalet-Gîte-Condo-Butte-Event
- More than 30 days before arrival, we refund the entire reservation.
- Between 15 and 30 days before arrival, we refund 50% of the reservation and the balance is kept in credit applicable for a next stay.
- Less than 15 days before arrival, no refund is applicable unless there is a valid reason.
Camping out of event
- More than 15 days before arrival, a refund of the entire reservation.
- Between 48 and 15 days before arrival, we refund 50% of the reservation and the balance is kept in credit applicable for a next stay.
- Less than 48 hours before arrival, no refund is applicable, unless there is a valid reason.
Group
- No refund within 30 days before the day of your arrival.
METEO IS NOT A VALUE REASON FOR ANNOUNCEMENT.
5. Guarantees
If you encounter a problem with your accommodation, we will do our best to offer you another similar accommodation option, depending on availability.

7. Use of the website
Users undertake not to compromise, overload or disrupt the security of the site or the systems, servers or networks related to the site.
