Here you will find answers to your main questions in order to prepare your stay in the Laurentians.
Accommodation and arrival
What is the time of arrival and departure?
The time of arrival is 4:00 p.m. and departure at 11:00 a.m. except for camping, where arrival is at 3:00 p.m. and departure at 1:00 p.m.
Can I get to the site earlier?
You can enjoy the site before 4 p.m. If your accommodation is ready before 4 p.m. and you want to enjoy it earlier, a fee of 20 $ plus taxes apply.
Is there heating or air conditioning in the accommodation?
All 4 season accommodation in L-Interval (inn, gites, butt and condo) is heated. No accommodation is air conditioned.
Is water safe in the accommodation?
Yes, all water on the site is safe, regardless of the accommodation chosen.
Is Wi-Fi available free of charge at L-Interval?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available and free on the entire site.
Animals and environment
Can I bring my pet in accommodation or camping?
No, pets are not allowed in accommodation or camping. However, they are welcome on hiking trails.
Do we have a place to light an outside fire?
Yes, all accommodation and campgrounds have an outdoor fire fireplace. Open fires are not permitted.
Is it possible to use wood from the house to make a fire?
No, the use of wood from outside the site is prohibited. This could affect biodiversity conservation
Activities and equipment
Do we have to pay for on-site activities?
No, all activities are included with the accommodation rental. To learn more about our accommodation, consult our dedicated page.
Do you rent equipment for winter activities?
Yes, we offer snowshoes, sticks and cramps on site. For ski hire, go to Roc & Ride in Val-David (819 322-7978).
Are you lending lifejackets?
Yes, lifejackets are loaned free of charge to visitors staying at L-Interval.
Can I bring my own boat?
No, boats coming from outside (canoes, kayaks, etc.) and personal vests are not allowed.
Meals and services
Do you offer a meal service in L的Interval?
No, but all our accommodation is equipped with a kitchen or complete kitchen, allowing you to prepare your meals on site.
Is there a restaurant or a convenience store on site?
We sell some essential products to welcome. The nearest convenience store is in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts (route 329), and several grocery stores are available in Saint-Donat and Sainte-Agathe.
Access and late arrival
Where can I park my car?
Identified parking lots are reserved for gites and mounds. At the hostel, a very large parking lot is adjacent to the building. Otherwise, there is parking at the roadside. All parking is free.
What if I arrive outside the reception opening hours?
An envelope in your name will be placed in the box of the entrance door. It contains the keys and information necessary for your arrival.
