At the foot of Mount Kaaikop
Please be advised that the access road to L’Interval (Chemin du Lac-Legault) is currently in poor condition due to snowmelt. Numerous potholes have formed, making driving difficult. We recommend driving with caution and adjusting your speed to the road conditions.
Trail conditions can change rapidly throughout the day due to temperature fluctuations. Ice, mud and water can make some sections slippery and difficult to navigate. Crampons or snowshoes do not always guarantee optimal traction. We strongly recommend wearing appropriate footwear and remaining vigilant throughout your hike.
