Terms and Conditions

1. Services

We offer rental of different types of accommodation (cottages, cabins, condos), daily access payment, participation in special events, rental of outdoor equipment and watercraft.

2. Payment

Online payments are made through payment gateways available on our site at the time of purchase. Options may include payment by credit card, Interac transfer and bank transfer. Please note that all payment types mentioned may not be available at all times.

3. Reservation policy

Inn-Cottages-Cabins-Condo-Camping-Events

    • 100% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
    • A security deposit of $100 is required (except Camping).

Group

    • 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking, the balance is payable 30 days before arrival.
    • A security deposit of $500 is required.

4. Cancellation policy

Since JUNE 20, 2024: New policy in effect for all reservations made from this date

Inn-Cottages-Cabins-Condo-Camping-Events

    • More than 30 days before arrival, we refund the entire reservation.
    • Between 15 and 30 days before arrival, we refund 50% of the reservation and the balance is kept as a credit applicable to a future stay.
    • Less than 15 days before arrival, no refund is applicable, unless there is a valid reason.

Camping

    • More than 15 days before arrival, we refund the entire reservation.
    • Between 48 hours and 15 days before arrival, we refund 50% of the reservation and the balance is kept as a credit applicable to a future stay.
    • Less than 48 hours before arrival, no refund is applicable, unless there is a valid reason.

Group

    • No refunds within 30 days before the day of your arrival.

WEATHER IS NOT A VALUABLE REASONS FOR CANCELLATION.

 

For reservations made before June 20, 2024, the applicable policy is as follows:

You can cancel your reservation up to 14 days before the start of your stay for a full refund. If you cancel between 13 and 2 days before your arrival day, the refund is limited to 50% of your purchase. 2 days before the day of arrival, no refund will be given under any circumstances.

5. Guarantees

If you have a problem with your accommodation, we will do our best to offer you another similar accommodation option, depending on availability.

6. Dispute resolution

7. Use of the website

Users agree not to compromise, overburden or disrupt the security of the Site or the systems, servers or networks linked to the Site. It is prohibited to upload, post or transmit a virus or other harmful file, to use a robot or other device to monitor or copy the pages of the site, to transmit spam, to violate any law or regulation in force, to collect and retain personal data of other users and sell, resell or exploit any part of the site for commercial purposes.
